As a mom to three young kids, and all girls, I want them to be healthy and have a good body image. With the childhood obesity epidemic, teaching kids healthy habits at a young age is important. They’ll hopefully learn how to eat right and maintain a healthy weight even as they get older.

I like the Its a Teehtday party book because I sometimes have difficulty in making my 4 year old and 1 year old to brush their teeth so this would be helpful I think.

I love the teacher tools! I will share this with my kid’s teachers. :)
I learned they have free resources on their site like recipes, coloring sheets and games. From their fun facts I learned that winter squash can be stored for up to 3 months because the skin is so thick.
I learned that they provide information to help teachers write grant proposals to bring the program to their school!
