As a stay at home mom to 3 young kids, I don’t always have a chance to get out of the house by myself (and if I do it’s usually to the grocery store). So sometimes a little de-stressing and unwinding time is in order. I think all moms could use a little pampering now and then, and it’d be great to be able to pamper yourself at home without worrying about finding a babysitter or paying for the spa.
Perfectly Posh has just the products to pamper yourself at home and create your own relaxing spa treatment. The products are super fun and cute and you can relax even more knowing that they:
- are paraben-free and paraffin-free
- free of sulfates including SLS
- have no gluten, lanolin, or soy ingredients
- use the highest-quality essential oils and fine phthalate-free fragrances
- are very natural and consequently gentle: read our labels, please!
- use natural enzymes and gently moisturizing vitamin E to preserve the life and look of our fun pampering products
- are cruelty-free and do not test on animals!
I was sent two products to be able to try and I was impressed as soon as I opened the box. There was a little card inside that explained how even the packing peanuts were pampering (well to the environment that is).

The packing peanuts are made from corn starch!
- so they’re environmentally friendly
- non-static
- dissolve in water for easy disposal
- safe against accidental consumption
Once I got over my excitement over packing peanuts that actually dissolved in water I was able to try out the following pampering products:
{handle} solid hand lotion bar
I had never seen anything like this product before and was intrigued to try it. You just pick it up and smooth across your hands. It took some getting used to since my brain kept associating it with a soap and not a lotion.

It did glide on smooth and moisturized my hands but didn’t absorb very quickly so left me feeling too greasy at first. However once absorbed it did protect through hand washings so that was a big plus. The scent was also a bit too strong for me (mine was Mother Earth) but I think in a lighter scent it’d be great.
Rubby Scrubby
I loved this little product! You use it in the shower or bath to help exfoliate and smooth tired feet. It’s a peppermint exfoliator in a mild shea butter soap base so it gently cleanses while invigorating you with peppermint and thyme fragrance. It wasn’t as much of an exfoliation as I get with my foot file but it was like getting a mini foot massage and felt and smelled amazing!

Thanks for your review :) I’m not sure if I could get used to the concept of a lotion bar. Like you, I would keep mixing it up with soap. However, my feet could really use the Rubby Scrub.
I’m glad you mentioned that the packing peanuts were pampering to the environment. Otherwise, I would be left wondering how I could pamper myself with peanuts and would be fretting over all the peanuts in my past that I let go to waste.
It does take a while to get used to the lotion bar, but it is so great once you try it. You only have to use it maybe once or twice per day instead of having to reapply. I also love that it comes in a cute little tin so there won’t be any leaks or explosions of lotion tubes in my purse ( sadly it has happened before…)
I like the fact that the products do not contain sulfates.
I don’t know how I would adjust to lotion in a bar form, but I would love to give these products a try!
I love the idea of a lotion in a bar..especially one that lasts through numerous hand washings…my hands are the oldest looking part of my body..ugh…they take some super abuse so anything that would help, and be kind because I’m allergic to air…lol..is awesome!!
I’m very happy to hear that they don’t test on animals. It’s nice to have some guilt-free ways to pamper ourselves! Thank you!
