H2•Ion Damaged Hair Repair Treatment

I’ve been straightening my hair for quite a few years now, not everyday but often enough that I notice my hair looks dry and damaged sometimes. I’ve tried other heat styling products before without much results.

So I was excited to try out H2 Ion for damaged hair repair. It helps your hair in the following ways:
H2 Ion

  • Infuse healing moisture into the hair shaft
  • Seal split ends
  • Add body, life, and shine
  • Protect hair from heat damage
  • Prevent hair breakage
  • Promote healthy hair growth

So how exactly does it work to repair your hair?

H2 Ion utilizes Ionic technology, the most advanced technology in hair care today. Ionic technology works with heat to restore and revitalize dry damaged hair.

It penetrates and soothes follicles. When heat is applied, the special Moisture Infusion Microbeads (MIM) dissolve and nourish the hair- restoring a healthy moisture balance. Negative ions fuse with damaged hair to seal broken cuticles (for softer, shinier hair). Moisture is sealed in. Humidity is locked out.

It’s like a one-minute spa treatment for your hair.

It comes in a cool twist pump bottle and you use a dime size amount on clean, towel dried hair. It’s a concentrated formula so you need to use it sparingly to avoid oiliness. You work it through your hair, focusing on ends and outer layers, then wait 1 minute before heat styling as usual. It’s recommended to use it 1- 3 times a week.

It felt and smelled great in my hair and made it very soft. I didn’t really notice that much of a difference in the look when I straightened my hair without it, I still had some frizzies or fly-aways, but I don’t think I’ve used it enough times yet. It did make it super soft and smooth though and I will continue to use it.
