Actually this is a health and beauty product the whole family uses daily and it’s one that has multiple uses… Q-tips Cotton Swabs! Yup a seemingly very simple product yet it gets tons of use at our house.
These are some of the many ways we use Q-tips in our house:

- Cleaning ears- of course! No one likes ear wax, but always use with care and rub gently on the outer ear only
- Applying ointments- anytime my kids get a boo-boo we use Q-tips to apply the antiseptic ointment before putting on a bandage
- Touching up makeup- my mascara never seems to come off all the way and Q-tips is small and gentle enough to clean up any leftover smudges
- Manicures & pedicures- whenever I put nail polish on myself or my girls I always have Q-tips handy to quickly wipe off any stray polish
- Cleaning small areas- ie. the computer keys I’m typing on right now, Q-tips cotton swabs are small enough to get in small crevices. There’s now even Q-tips Precision Tips for finer more detailed work
I use Q-tips so much I’m not sure I could go a day without them! In fact, if I need them for something when I’m on the road or traveling, I can also take my Q-tips Purse Pack- it’s small and convenient for on-the-go. You can check out the Q-tips Facebook page for more tips- just click on the Tip Jar tab to see the many uses in different categories like home, beauty, and arts & crafts.

I love that these are perfect to avoid digging into a child’s ear canals while cleaning it. We use QTips for everything…including cleaning nooks in the kitchen and for craft projects!
I honestly don’t know what I would do with my Q-Tips. I use them for so much in the bathroom. Make-up removal especially.
I use Q-Tips for lots of things, too! I clean my ears out way too often, I buy a 500 count box every few months! I love the ones with the tips for makeup application.
I always buy Q-tip. This is one item where the generic just don’t match up.
